Customers must be present and have access to the property when the Operator arrives. If no one is present the water service will not be restored, in case of any water leaks. You will then need to contact the District Office to reschedule the water turn-on.
If your water service is disconnected due to overdue RPZ testing, your passing test results must be uploaded by the plumber into the BSI Online database (www.bsionline.com). The customer will need to notify the office of payment/test results being submitted. Staff will confirm receipt and contact the customer as soon as possible to schedule service restoration. The account must be paid in full, including the $50 Shut Off Fee, prior to restoration of water service. A deposit may be required on the account depending on the frequency of delinquent payments. Water service will be restored only between 9am – 2pm, Monday – Friday.
